Welcome to Independence Clean CO. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Independence Clean CO provides the following residential cleaning services:
Deep Clean
Basic Clean
Post-Construction Clean
Move-In/Move-Out Clean
I require an in-person walk-through before providing any services to ensure the job meets your expectations. For the first service, I require a Deep Clean to ensure your home is up to my high standards. This way, all subsequent cleans will maintain that same level of care and attention.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due the day of service. A 1.5% interest charge will be added after 30 days and every subsequent 30 days after that.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To avoid any charge, cancellations must be made 2 days in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full amount. I’m happy to reschedule, but recurring last-minute cancellations may result in termination of services.
4. Liability
Independence Clean CO is not responsible for damages to personal property unless caused by negligence. Clients are responsible for securing any fragile or valuable items before the cleaning. By booking, you accept responsibility for items left in cleaning areas.
5. Access to the Property
I will need prompt access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, a rescheduling fee may apply.
6. Confidentiality and Social Media Release
Client information will remain confidential. If you agree, I may share non-identifying images or videos of your home for social media purposes. You will not be compensated for allowing filming or photos, and your personal details will never be revealed.
7. Termination of Services
I reserve the right to terminate services at any time if there is a violation of these terms or if the continuation of services is deemed inappropriate.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Independence Clean CO, its employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control or our negligence.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any legal action will be resolved in the courts located in [insert county or city], Colorado.
10. Modifications to Terms
Independence Clean CO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
